The insight behind the product

“We have a family
WhatsApp group for that.”

Family WhatsApp groups changed how families communicate: chaotic, warm, instant, but completely unstructured. They proved something important. Families want to be connected digitally. They just do not have the right tool for the financial conversation.

Your Family Financial Hub takes that instinct, the wish to be in the loop, and gives it structure, purpose, and a professional at the centre. It is not a filing cabinet or a record keeper. It is one place for the family's whole financial life, shaped around them.

Screen one

The family arrives.
Everything is here.

Robert and Margaret log in. Their whole financial world, assets, protection, legal documents, alerts, their adviser's latest message, visible at a glance. Nothing missing. Nothing scattered across six folders and four providers.

The Hub surfaces what matters straight away. Power of attorney is not in place. Demo has flagged it. The family can act.

Not a summary.
The full picture.

Every asset, every liability, every provider. Property, pensions, ISAs, protection policies, mortgage, credit cards, energy suppliers, plus the status of wills and power of attorney, all in one place, current and accessible.

This is the record that makes real family financial planning possible. With the full picture in front of them, the adviser can see opportunities that were invisible before.

Anyone can be
in the Hub.

Family members, the adviser, solicitors, accountants, executors, whoever the family chooses to include, at whatever level of access they choose to give. Every permission set by the family. Every permission adjustable at any time.

The solicitor sees one document. The accountant sees one section. The children receive the monthly update. Dad sees everything. The Hub shapes itself around the family, not the other way around.

The adviser sees
everything.

Demo is present in every Hub they manage. From one dashboard they see across every client family: alerts surfaced, families that need attention, planning opportunities to discuss. Not by manual monitoring, but with Digital Assistant working quietly underneath.

Before each client meeting, Digital Assistant prepares a briefing: what has changed since last time, what needs raising, what this family's full picture now shows. The adviser walks in better prepared.

The intelligence inside

Digital Assistant.
Always working underneath.

Each firm names their own companion. For Demo families it is Digital Assistant. It works quietly in the background for the adviser, and answers the family's questions directly when they need to find their way around.

It watches
Continuously scanning every Hub for what has changed, what is missing, what is approaching, and what is overdue.
It briefs
Before each client meeting the adviser gets a summary: what has changed, what needs raising, what the full picture now shows.
It prompts
Clear, timely flags when something needs attention. A missing power of attorney, a stale nomination, an allowance running out.
It answers
When a family member asks where something is or what it means, Digital Assistant answers from what is recorded in the Hub. Orientation, not advice.

Digital Assistant never invents figures. Every number comes from the family's own records, and the adviser confirms the important ones.

Little setup

The Hub builds
from what you have.

Every adviser already has what is needed to populate a family Hub. It is in the back office, the portfolio software, the client files, the review letters. Years of client knowledge, structured and detailed.

Show Digital Assistant what already exists. It reads a document, pulls out the assets, liabilities and protection, and proposes them for the adviser to check and confirm. No starting from a blank page.

Available now: document upload. PDFs, review letters, valuations, fact finds. Upload what you have.

On the roadmap: direct links to Intelliflo, Salesforce FS, CURO, Xplan and others.

The Henderson family

Seven years.
One Hub.

An illustration of what the Hub makes possible, for every client family, with every adviser who uses it.

Year one
Robert and Margaret open the Hub
Everything is added. The children are given a login. They cannot see the detail yet, but they know it is there. For the first time, the family's financial world is in one place.
Year two
Digital Assistant flags power of attorney
Digital Assistant has been watching. Power of attorney is not in place for either Robert or Margaret. Demo raises it at the family meeting. The solicitor, already in the Hub, is instructed. A potential crisis is averted years early.
Years three to six
The Hub grows with the family
Sarah begins helping with finances and is given more access. As the full family picture builds, new conversations open up that were not possible before. The relationship widens to the next generation.
Year seven
Robert passes away. Everything is ready.
Nothing needs to be found. The will is located. Every account, every policy, every pension is listed. Power of attorney is in place for Margaret. The children already know Demo, they have read the monthly updates for seven years. The assets stay. A new generation of clients begins.
The market

Nothing else does
what this does.

The market remains unserved. Existing tools are filing cabinets, portals or legacy vaults, not a living family relationship.

195
firms at 3% UK market penetration, year 3 target
5%
of all licence income, what each founding firm receives, for good

Your founding contribution is £3,000, paid once, never again. At £300 per month, the value of your own licence alone recovers that contribution in ten months. After that the licence is free, for good. And your 5% stake in every firm that follows has been building since day one.

Not an expense. A zero-net-cost tech partnership with a growing income stream attached.

The founder opportunity

Five founding firms. That is all.

When those five seats are filled, the door closes. The product will be built, launched and in the hands of those five firms by 1 September 2026. The licence income starts flowing, the 5% stakes start earning, and the UK advice market has a new standard for the client family relationship.
